Osaka Marathon volunteer briefing
ECC offers various kinds of volunteer activities to take part in.
Today, a briefing for those, who signed up as volunteer for upcoming 9th Osaka Marathon (1th December, Sunday), was held at school. The foreign students, studying at Japanese language course, as well as Japanese students from ECC Professional schools and foreign language courses were listening the explanation with hot enthusiasm. The only sad thing was that, unfortunately, the winter session Japanese Language Proficiency Test would overlap with the Marathon, so only few foreign students attended the briefing.
This year almost 15 thousand people from abroad signed up as marathon runners. It seems that number of foreign runners is tend to grow more each year. That is why it opens some space for new activities available for foreign students.
