The First Prize and Prize of Excellence for the GEA（Global Education Awards）were finally handed down!
GEA is a great competition among the all schools at Yamaguchi school campus (ECC International Language School, ECC Computer College and ECC College of Beauty and Style) which is held once a year to test the experience and individual growth of the students who experienced the international education.
The participants make up a power point presentation and test their ability of producing a smooth speech in the foreign language. Japanese students make the presentation in English language, while the foreign students are presenting their speech in Japanese language.
Moreover, even if the audience shows its high appreciation towards the participants, the winner would also get a monetary reward.
The foreign students spent a lot of time practicing their Japanese speech, reciting and reciting again until they polished their presentation well to step up on the stage.
The participants did a great job. As a result, the First prize went to a foreign student called Chou, while the Prize of Excellence was shared by the foreign students` duet – Jou and Ryu.
That was a prominent result.
