Cooking Practice for the School Festival, Chikyu-sai
International students in the Japanese course are going to participate in the ECC college festival, Chikyu-sai , which means ‘global festival,’ again this year.
You can enjoy the genuine flavors of international dishes; the Thai-style takoyaki from Thailand and the chicken mushroom soup from Taiwan at our booth this year.
Today, we had a cooking practice meeting for the festival.
