Earth Festival - Taiwanese Minced pork rice and Taiwanese green onion cake
This year, Team nihongo (department of Japanese studies) hard a booth at the school's annual festival.
From the beginning of November, participants gathered every week to think of everything from what food to prepare down to the booth's name.
The volunteers worked hard to prepare from the day before all the way to cleaning up afterwards.
The students were also able to communicate well with the Japanese attendees.
Part of the sales went to support saving the earth. We are very happy that everyone's hard work could help the cause.
Also, our international students got the grand prize and Kokusai College special prize in the poster design contest for the festival and the artwork of the grand prize was featured as the cover page of the festival’s brochure!
