Earth Festival
This year too, team Nihongo! (Japanese language course) built its own shop at the Earth Festival.
This year menu comprised Kai Pam (Thai omelette) and Bak-kut-teh (Malaysian pork ribs tea).
Members of the staff, voluntarily bought the food, made the necessary preparations, cooked the food, made the selling and cleaned up the place after the event.
The students, called out for clients with phrases like: "our food is the best, for real!" uttered in Osaka's dialect.
To top it off, a part of the savings was donated to a charity for the preservation of planet Earth.
We are really happy that the effort of our students could become an helpful hand for people in trouble.
