Entrance Procedures
Please be aware that entrance procedures are different according to your status, whether you will apply for the Student Visa, or you will apply for the short stay visa.

Applicants applying for College Student Visa

Payment of screening fee, submission of enrollment application, and carrying out an admission interview

Submission of required documents for visa after screening of applicant

Ministry of Justice
Issuing a "Certificate of Eligibility" for the applicant approved by the Immigration Bureau.

Guarantor in Japan/Applicant
Upon acknowledgement of the tuition payment, the Certificate of Eligibility will be transferred over.

Apply for the visa at the Japanese embassy, consulate, or diplomatic establishment with the Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Ministry of Justice (Students must contact the relevant institution to confirm the necessary documents for the visa application)

※Applicants are required to arrive in Japan no later than 6 days before the first day of classes.
※Enrollment may be cancelled if applicants do not arrive in time for classes.
