Tanabata Yukata Event
ECC’s big summer Tanabata event was held again this year. On this day it is encouraged to wear a yukata during class. You can have the yukata put on as well as have your hair and make up done by the Japanese artists studying at the ECC College of Beauty and Style. It is very difficult putting on so many yukatas and doing the make up for so many students, but the beauty students never let their smiles fade as they held the mindset of a professional and performed an excellent job for everyone. We are very glad that the international students were able to try on nice yukatas and have their hair and make up done. It was a wonderful experience wasn’t it? Everyone looked so good!
