◆Wagashi(Japanese style confection) Cooking Class
Reflecting the requests of international students who wanted to make traditional Japanese sweets, we held our first Japanese confectionery cooking class👏
The teacher of the class is Mr. Nakanishi from Yoshino-ya who has an experience of supervising Ohagi which is a type of Japanese bean cake in the famous morning soap opera.
Mr, Nakanishi’s guidance was not only gentle and polite, but also enlivening the class so the classroom was filled with a fun atmosphere from beginning to end.
What’s more, he even gave us a sample that he made with the students. -What a generous!
The students come to get beautiful Japanese sweets made by him. It was a big fuss about winning and losing in Janken.
