Presentation Competition Preliminary Round
A preliminary round for the presentation competition, which will be held in February, was conducted. The 10 participating classes were from the advanced level of the regular and specialised class.
1 individual and 1 group will be selected by the judges, who will then advance to the final round.
Not only the perspective of Japanese will be judge, but also the content of the story, body language, eye contact, and the ability to appeal to the audience from various points of view.
The contents of the presentation were quite diverse, which included the wonders of Japanese culture, learning from cross-cultural experiences, Japan’s funny aspects, coming from the thoughts of international students who have been spending their time in Japan.
A lot of time and effort has been put in for this day while practising over and over again. No matter who, the international students were enthusiastic and full of confident while delivering the presentation.
Who will continue to the finals? We won’t know the result until next week.
The winner of the final round will receive a large prize money.
However, for those not selected, this presentation experience will surely be helpful in the future!
