A karaoke tournament
For all who was interested, a karaoke tournament took place as the part of the Buddy Program.
The option for joining was singing songs in Japanese for the foreign students, and choosing songs in
any foreign language for the Japanese students.
On the event day a lot of participants gathered, being really excited about the tournament.
The chairman and judges also did they best wearing fancy outfits.
In the end, the winners - Hayashi-kun and Ryu-san - were singing a song called "Naniwa koishigure"
(Late autumn shower rain of Naniwa)
Their usage of Kansai dialect made them look like a real married couple. We were so touched!
